Q. How far is the hotel from the sea?
A`. Very close, approximately 50 m
Q. Is it possible to get back to the hotel at any hour of the night?
A. Of course, the guard is there all night
Q. At what time is the room available on the arrival date?
A. Check IN is from 14, 00 onwards (it can be earlier if requested the day before the arrival)
(ex. from 01 to 07 /06 – from 14,00; from 1/6 from 11,00; from 7/06 that is effectively 6 days)
Q. How can I pay for the stay?
A. Cash, at the ATM and preferably by Credit card (we have P.O.S.)
Q. Is a deposit necessary?
A. Yes we require it during some periods, we instruct you, either by telephone or e-mail
Q. I arrive by car, where can I park?
A. We have our private parking facilities at street level, with no fencing.
Q. Do you have a safe?
A. Yes, at the reception
Q. Are the beach and the parasol included in the service?
A. They are only included in our June package.
Q. Do you have a lift?
A. Yes,from the mezzanine
Q. We have a child; do you have any child facilities?
A. Of course, we have beds with bed guards of different sizes and high chairs for the dining hall
Q. Do you have child menus?
A. Our breakfast buffet suits all needs.
Q. We are a family of 2 adults + 2 children
A. We have rooms with double beds and bunk beds

Q. Can I phone information and make a booking at any hour?
A. NO, only from 9, 00 to 22, 00. Theguard does not provide this type of information
Q. How can I request information or make a booking from 22, 00 to 9, 00?
A. Send an e-mail or Fax.
Q. I have sent an e-mail but have not yet received a reply
A. We reply to all e-mails within 24 hours
Q. We are under age, can we stay in tha hotel?
